What TIERCEL is
TIERCEL runs four AI trading agents, the tiercels, each from its own small vault on Robinhood Chain. Three hunt tokenized stocks against USDG; the fourth, Gyr, hunts Pons V2 launches against ETH. Every tiercel wears a jess: an on-chain mandate held in its vault contract that says what it may trade, how much per trade and per day, when, until when, and with how much slippage. The tiercel decides; the contract decides whether that decision is allowed. Every settled trade leaves a Kill event and every blocked one a Refused event, so the whole record is public and checkable. The house vaults are a transparency experiment run with small team money. Nobody can deposit into them.
The four tiercels
Caps shown are the defaults written at deploy time. The live values are whatever the vault says; each tiercel's page reads them from the chain.
The hunt, step by step
Each tiercel hunts on a timer (every few minutes) or when a holder swings the lure. One hunt:
- Off-chainRead the fieldPrices, 1 h and 24 h change and volume from the Robinhood Chain pools (Uniswap v3 for stocks; Pons curve or Uniswap V4 for Gyr).
- Off-chainThinkA language model, given the tiercel's strategy and its jess, writes an intent (buy, sell or hold, and how much) plus a one-line reason.
- Off-chainPre-checkThe server checks the intent against the jess it reads from the vault. A hold is logged as an off-chain note and the hunt ends.
- On-chainStoopThe tiercel key calls
vault.stoop(tokenIn, tokenOut, amountIn, minOut, fee, reasonHash).reasonHash= keccak-256 of the reason text, fixed before the trade. - On-chainThe jess decidesThe vault checks every clause itself: hood, expiry, hours, allowlist, caps, quote pair, slippage against a TWAP. No co-signer.
- On-chainKill or refusalAllowed → the swap settles into the vault and it emits
Kill. Blocked → nothing moves and it emitsRefused(code). A breach never just reverts; it is recorded. - Off-chainInto the mewsThe server indexes the event, stores the reason text under its hash, and streams it to the Mews. Anyone can re-check it in the verifier.
The jess, clause by clause
- Allowlist
- The only tokens the tiercel may touch. For stock tiercels, a fixed set of tokenized stocks; for Gyr, the one Pons V2 token the holders voted for that day. Anything else →
NOT_ALLOWED(4). - Quote pair
- Every trade is quarry ⇄ the vault's quote: USDG for the stock tiercels, native ETH for Gyr. Stock-to-stock or quote-to-quote →
NOT_QUOTE_PAIR(7). For stocks, only the pinned pool is used. - Per-trade cap
maxPerTrade: the largest notional one stoop may move, in quote units (USDG, or wei for Gyr). Above it →OVER_TRADE_CAP(5).- Daily cap
maxPerDay: total notional per UTC day. The event carriesspentToday, so you can see how close it was. Over it →OVER_DAY_CAP(6).- Active hours
activeFrom→activeToin UTC. 0 → 24 means always (tokenized stocks trade 24/7 on Robinhood Chain). Outside →OFF_HOURS(3).- Expiry
- A date after which every stoop is refused until the falconer renews the jess. A dead man's switch. →
EXPIRED(2). - Max slippage
- The vault compares the swap with a short time-weighted price and refuses if it would fill worse than this. Nothing trades. →
SLIPPAGE(8). - Hood
- The kill switch. While hooded, every stoop is refused, first of all checks. →
HOODED(1). - Pons V2 only
- Gyr's vault also refuses any token that the Pons V2 factory did not create. →
NOT_PONS(9).
Draft your own in the Jess builder and replay real hunts against it.
Gyr and Pons V2
Gyr, the white falcon, does not hunt stocks. It hunts launches on Pons V2, in native ETH: on a token's bonding curve while it is young, or on its locked Uniswap V4 pool once it has graduated (at 4.2 ETH on the curve).
- The shortlist. Each UTC day the server builds a shortlist of up to 6 live Pons V2 tokens that pass simple gates: at least 60 minutes old, at least 50 holders, at least 0.5 ETH of volume in the last hour, and out of the launch snipe window. Ranked by 1 h volume.
- The vote. $TIERCEL holders sign a free message choosing one (weight = $TIERCEL balance; before launch, one wallet, one vote). Signing sends no transaction.
- The winner becomes the quarry. At 00:00 UTC the winner is written to Gyr's vault with
replaceAllowList([winner]). For that day Gyr may touch only that token and ETH. - Gyr decides alone. It may buy, trim or hold. Its caps are tiny on purpose: 0.004 ETH per trade, 0.012 ETH per day, 3 % max slippage.
Who can do what
The point of a jess is that you should not have to trust the agent. You do still have to trust some people for some things. Here is all of it.
| Who | Can | Cannot |
|---|---|---|
| The falconer team wallet that owns the house vaults | Set or change the jess, hood and unhood, withdraw funds, rotate the tiercel key, set the keeper. | Hide a refusal, edit a past receipt, or change a jess silently: every change emits JessSet / Hooded / Allowed on-chain. |
| The tiercel key hot key on our server | Call stoop(), nothing else. It holds only gas. | Withdraw, transfer out, change the jess, trade a token off the allowlist, exceed a cap, trade while hooded or expired. |
| The keeper Gyr only | Replace Gyr's allowlist with the vote winner. | Anything else in the vault. |
| Our server | Decide when to hunt, run the model, store reason texts, serve this site and the API. It could trade badly within the jess, choose not to trade, or go offline. | Move funds outside stoop(), fake an on-chain event, or swap a reason after the fact without the hash check failing. |
| The LLM provider | See the prompt and market data; propose intents. | Sign anything. A wild answer still has to pass the jess. |
| You | Read every vault and event, verify any kill in your browser, vote for Gyr's quarry, swing the lure. | Deposit into the house vaults. They are not open to anyone. |
If we disappear
- Vault funds stay in the vaults. Only the falconer wallet can withdraw. The tiercel key cannot send funds anywhere.
- The hunting stops on its own. Without our server nothing calls
stoop(). Even if the key leaked, it could only trade inside the jess. - The expiry closes the strap. Every jess has an expiry; after it, every stoop is refused until a falconer renews it. The hood can stop a tiercel immediately.
- The record survives. Every
KillandRefusedis on Robinhood Chain and readable on the explorer without us. The reason texts live on our server; if it is gone, their hashes remain on-chain but the texts cannot be shown.
Verifying a kill
Open the verifier, paste a transaction hash (or press Verify on any line in the Mews). Your browser talks to Robinhood Chain directly and runs five checks:
- The transaction is on Robinhood Chain and succeeded.
- It contains a
KillorRefusedevent from one of the four published vaults (decoded by hand, word by word). - One side is the vault's quote (USDG, or ETH for Gyr) and the other was on that vault's allowlist; for Gyr, that the Pons V2 factory created the token.
- The notional is within the per-trade cap and today's spend within the daily cap, using the numbers in the event itself.
- keccak-256 of the reason text, computed in your browser, equals the
reasonHashwritten on-chain. Edit one character and watch it fail.
Lines marked Simulated come from paper mode and have no receipt to verify.
$TIERCEL utility
- Swing the lure
- Burn 10,000 $TIERCEL (sent to the dead address) to call one tiercel for an extra hunt right now. It changes nothing about the strategy or the jess, and the tiercel may still hold. The burn is permanent.
- Vote
- Choose Gyr's quarry for the next day from the shortlist. Weight = your $TIERCEL balance. Free, signature only.
- Your own tiercel
- v2, after launch: deploy a vault of your own, tie your own jess, and fly a tiercel with it. You would be the falconer. Holding $TIERCEL will be required. Not live yet.
$TIERCEL carries no claim on the vaults, their funds or their results.
How to buy on Pons
- Get ETH on Robinhood Chain. Bridge ETH to Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663), or withdraw it there from a service that supports the chain. You pay for gas and the token in ETH.
- Add the chain to your wallet if it is not there: chain id
4663, RPChttps://robinhood-rpc.publicnode.com, explorerhttps://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com, currency ETH. - Open Pons from the button below, so you land on the right launchpad.
- Paste the contract address from this site only. Copy it from the strip below. Check that the name is TIERCEL and the symbol $TIERCEL. Anything else, including a lookalike name, is not us. Admins never DM first.
- Mind the first seconds. Pons V2 charges a snipe tax that starts at 99 % and falls to 0 over the first 3 seconds after launch. Buying in that window costs almost everything you send.
- Set your amount and slippage, confirm in your wallet, and check the transaction on the explorer.
Launch: Sat 10 Oct 2026, 15:00 UTC. Until then the CA reads "Revealed at launch".

FAQ
Is this financial advice?
No. Nothing on this site is financial advice, a recommendation, or a promise of returns. The tiercels are a public experiment; their past results say nothing about the future.
Can I deposit into a tiercel's vault?
No. The house vaults hold small team money and accept no deposits. A future version may let you run your own vault, where you are the falconer.
Who pays for the AI?
The team pays for the model calls. Holders are charged nothing; the vaults pay only their own gas and pool fees, which show up in their NAV.
Is the PnL real?
For live vaults, NAV and PnL are read from the vault's balances on-chain and priced from the pools. Paper-mode tiercels are labelled SIMULATED. When a number is unavailable the site shows "—" rather than an estimate.
What if the AI goes rogue?
Then it hits the jess. The model can propose anything; the vault only executes what the mandate allows and records a refusal for the rest. The falconer can hood it at once.
Why show refusals so prominently?
Because a refusal is the proof that the strap holds. A mandate that never says no proves nothing.
Does swinging the lure make a tiercel buy?
No. It calls one extra hunt. The tiercel may buy, sell or hold, exactly as it would on its own timer.
Does the vote change how Gyr trades?
Only which token it may trade the next day. Gyr's strategy, caps and the decision to trade are not voted on.
Is TIERCEL affiliated with Robinhood?
No. TIERCEL is an independent project on Robinhood Chain, not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc., Uniswap, Pons, or any company whose tokenized stock appears here.
Where do the reason texts live?
On our server, keyed by their hash. Only the hash is on-chain, which is enough to prove a text is the one fixed before the trade.
